The City of Fresno, along with organizing partners, is hosting the 2nd Annual Business Matchmaking Event August 1st in Fresno. The focus of this event is to match large private company and government buyers with minority-owned, women-owned, disabled veteran owned, and small business vendors that are limited in their ability to gain exposure to contracts.

What
This event is organized to promote Fresno businesses. The event will provide resources for small businesses to gain access to contracts with larger businesses and government entities. It will also inform businesses on certification procedures to become more marketable to pursue contracts. We want to promote business partnerships and growth in the City of Fresno.
Where
The event will be held at the Fresno Convention Center Exhibit Hall on August 1st, 2008. There will be meetings prior to the event to prepare small businesses for meeting with larger corporation and government procurers.
